You have 14 days from when the order was received to return an item for a refund. We recommend your order is sent back within 7 days of receipt to ensure the parcel arrives at the origin allocation on time.
Items should be returned showing no signs of wear, undamaged and with all tags attached. Items must also be returned in their original packaging. When trying on our products please do not use unnecessary force and ensure you are not wearing make-up, perfume,aftershave or deodorant which may leave scent or marks. We will be unable to accept the returns of any items(s) where these instructions have not been followed.
