If your ticket DOES include the live show

Please check the doors opening time. There are two hours from doors opening to the live show starting. THERE IS ONLY ONE SHOW PER DAY, THERE ARE NOT MULTIPLE SHOW TIMES. Please ensure you arrive before the performance begins.

Once the live show has started, entry to the show may not be permitted and will be at the discretion of the staff on the day.

These tickets do not give access to the live show but all other areas of the experience, the exhibition, the pop up, one main meal, one drink of anything you like and the big post show party for your chosen date. Reach for the Laser ticket holders, will be welcomed into the venue, once the show has started which is 2 hours from doors opening. Please do not try and gain entry before your allocated time you will be respectfully asked to wait.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF THERE ARE CHANGES TO AN EVENT?

Should there be any changes to an event at the venue (such as opening times or artists), we will endeavour to let you know, usually via the email you used to purchase your ticket with.


HOW CAN I FIND OUT THE SET TIMES FOR AN EVENT?

We’ll have the finalised times displayed on the website, all bars and throughout venues on the day of each event. Please note that set times are always subject to change.


THE EVENT I HAVE BOUGHT A TICKET FOR HAS BEEN CANCELLED – WHAT DO I DO? WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND?

In the event of a show being cancelled, refunds will be in accordance our T&Cs please view them here.

We have refund policies for most eventualities. However please note we DO NOT have a refund policy should the country be unfortunate enough to go into a period of official mourning in the event of HRH Queen Elizabeth’s death or the death of HRH Prince Philip or any other member of the Royal Family.


THE SHOW IS SOLD OUT – HOW DO I USE THE RESALE SYSTEM?

Once a show sells out, resale systems on Kaboodle will be automatically activated.

Please note that we strongly advise against buying or selling tickets for sold out shows through any platforms other than Kaboodle which is our authorised resale systems.

Resale tickets will appear on ticket pages as and when existing ticket holders decide to list their ticket, so we encourage you to check back on a regular basis if there are none available when you initially look.

WHAT IS OUR TICKETING POLICY?

All tickets will be checked and scanned on entry.

Tickets can either be printed or, in the case of e-tickets, displayed on your mobile.

Please bring a valid form of photographic ID with you to the event (please note, we only accept valid passports, foreign national ID cards, driving licences or Home Office approved PASS cards as identification and/or proof of age).

If there is a name on your ticket, you must provide valid photographic ID to match this name.

Any fake, invalid or duplicate tickets will be rejected.

Please ensure that you purchase your ticket(s) from an authorised ticket agent. Authorised ticket agents vary from show to show – please check with the promoter of the show you’re interested in to see if a particular agent is authorised.

In the event of a period of national mourning following the death of head of state or member of the Royal Family and such death occurs within 7 days prior to the booked date of the event(s),including the booked date of the event(s), tickets purchased for affected event(s) will be non-refundable.

WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO TRAVEL HOME FROM PRINTWORKS?

When leaving the venue, please consider our neighbours and leave the venue quietly. The Jubilee Line runs 24 hours on Friday and Saturday nights from Canada Water. We have a designated pick up point on site for Uber, private hire cars and a taxi rank. Printworks provides no public parking.


WHAT IS A LOST WEEKENDS’ ENTRANCE POLICY?

All tickets will be checked and scanned on entry.

Searching is a condition of entry to protect your safety and that of other visitors.

All persons entering the venue are also governed by the licence conditions and are liable for searches by security staff.

Full body and bag searches will be carried out before entry is granted. Any refusal by the ticket holder to comply with such searches may result in refusal of admission and eviction from the venue without refund or compensation.

WHAT IS A LOST WEEKEND RE-ENTRY POLICY?

Printworks operates a no re-entry policy. Once you have left the venue, re-admittance will not be permitted.


WHAT IS A LOST WEEKENDS’ DRUG POLICY?

DON’T BRING IT, DON’T USE IT. There will be amnesty bins. Use them, don’t risk it.

Despite the content of Human Traffic, it will operates a strict zero tolerance drugs policy. Searches will be in operation and this is a condition of entry to the venue.

Any customer concerned over any part of the search will be discussed individually and the process explained by staff. The customer can refuse and leave the venue at any point should they not wish to continue with the search.

Anyone found in possession of illegal substances will be refused admission, ejected from the venue and may also be liable for prosecution.

We reserve the right to pass your details to the relevant authorities should we consider an offence or criminal act has taken place.

WHAT FORMS OF ID DO YOU ACCEPT?

We only accept a valid passport, foreign national ID cards, driving license or home office approved PASS hologram as identification and/or proof of age. If there is a name on your ticket, you must provide valid photographic ID to match this name

Please note that we cannot accept expired or out-of-date forms of ID. If you are not able to provide a valid and in-date form of ID, you may be refused entry on to the premises.

WHAT IS THE BAG POLICY?

We have lockers on site that are available at a cost, however we do not allow bags that are larger than A4 size (21cm x 30cm).


CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND DRINK TO THE VENUE?

No food can be brought into Printworks, but the incredible pop up has all you may desire, Vegan, Veggie and Meat Lover. Don’t forget your ticket includes one main meal!

Please don’t bring any drink with you.

ARE THERE ANY PROHIBITED ITEMS I’M NOT ALLOWED TO BRING TO PRINTWORKS?

Please note you are NOT permitted to take any of the following items into the venue: illegal substances; legal highs or any other psychoactive substances; food; any form of liquid (including drinks and perfume); chewing gum; bottles; weapons; ammunition; explosives; horns; whistles; drums; fireworks; masks; torches; point-and-shoot cameras; or any other article which may be used as a weapon or missile, or which may, in our reasonable opinion, cause danger or disruption to visitors at the venue (regardless of whether or not such item is illegal or is carried for specific purposes).

We reserve the right to confiscate any Prohibited Items. Anyone found in possession of such items will be refused admission, ejected from the venue and may also be liable for prosecution. No refunds will be given to customers who are refused admission due to possession of Prohibited Items.

If you have any specific reasons for bringing Prohibited Items into the venue (for example, because you have a dietary or medical condition), please contact us prior to the event on HELLO@ALOSTWEEKEND.COM

Animals, with the exception of guide dogs, are not permitted in the venue.




IS DRINKING WATER AVAILABLE?

You can ask for free drinking water at any of the bars located within the venue.


DO YOU HAVE CLOAKROOM FACILITIES?

Yes we have lockers which can be used for a fee and deposit. These are accessible throughout the day, so if you are bringing any valuables with you we recommend you store them in our secure lockers.

I’VE LOST SOMETHING – WHO CAN I GET IN CONTACT WITH?

Please email hello@alostweekend.com with “Lost Property” in the subject headline, with a clear description of your lost item, the show at which you misplaced your item, and Log Number if provided.

Please allow 72 hours for responses to any Lost Property queries.


CAN I SMOKE AT A LOST WEEKEND?

Within the designated outside smoking areas, yes.

If you are caught smoking anywhere except for the designated outdoor smoking areas, you will be ejected from the venue without a refund.


CAN I PAY BY CARD AT A LOSTWEEKEND? ARE THERE ATMS IN THE VENUE?

WE ARE CASHLESS Our bars and food traders ONLY accept card and contactless payment methods.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I FEEL UNWELL AT A LOST WEEKEND?

Please make a member of staff aware and they will direct you to the Welfare and Medic Area. We have a dedicated Welfare and Medical area on site should you feel unwell. Regardless of the cause of your ill-health, our staff are trained to be non-judgemental with your well being placed with the utmost importance.  Please let a member of staff know you feel unwell.

SOMEONE AT THE VENUE IS MAKING ME FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE – WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Your safety and comfort during your visit to A Lost Weekend is our absolute priority. Should anyone make you feel uncomfortable at any time, please talk to any member of staff. We have fully trained teams on site who will be able to respond to your situation sensitively and appropriately.

WHAT IS A LOST WEEKEND SAFETY POLICY?

Whilst at Printworks, you must always observe any safety announcements that are made.

Anyone throwing objects, including food or drink containers etc., will be removed from the venue without a refund. Crowd surfing and moshing are strictly prohibited.

Certain areas of the venue may have specific capacity requirements. In these circumstances, one in one out policy will be put in place.

Many items are prohibited from being brought to Printworks. Please observe the Venue Rules for more information on this.


CAN I BRING MY PRESCRIPTION MEDICINE OR MEDICAL EQUIPMENT TO PRINTWORKS?

Yes – if you have any specific reasons for bringing prohibited items into the venue (for example, because you have a dietary or medical condition), please contact us prior to the event on info@printworkslondon.co.uk.

When you arrive onsite, please make security staff aware that you are bringing medical items in with you. Please contact us prior to the event and we can verify any items you need to bring on site.

  • One FULL portion of street food per person.
  • Yes you can use your tokens at any time during the experience. Please refer to Pop-Up opening times.
  • Wristband with one food and one drink token will be provided on entry.
  • VIP wristbands will be issued to indicate all inclusive drinks validation.
  • Yes you can buy more food on the night.
  • Yes bars will be open all night.
  • Yes you can give your unused token to a friend.
  • No money transfer permitted if you don’t use it.
  • Your included first drink is anything on offer, a full pint, soft or alcohol, single spirits no doubles. No money transfer permitted.
  • VIP or VVIP inclusive drinks, ONLY served in the VIP pop up area, VIP bars, VIP balcony's or back of DJ Booth VIP Bar. Beer, wine, 4 signature cocktails, spirits, singles or doubles, mixers and for VVIP’s only Prosecco.
  • Prosecco can be purchased on the night if not included in your ticket package
